Every unit is fully turned at move out, carpet is replaced or cleaned depending on wear and tear, repairs are made, unit is painted and property managers inspect the unit to make sure that it is move in ready.
You do not need to be home for maintenance.
Yes, maintenance is on site throughout the day and we also have 24-hour emergency service.
You can call us at the Leasing Center or put in a service request through your Resident Portal online.
You can call the main office or call after hours number on the sticker located in your kitchen cabinet.
If you are locked out Monday-Saturday between 10-6, contact the Leasing Center, show your ID and we will give you access to your home. After hours and on weekends, you will need to contact a lock smith to gain entry to your home.
